This is a super clean toy hauler. I got it last year from Dennis Dillon RV. They went through everything and it is immaculate. I put 4 brand new tires and an Equalizer package on it (12000). I have never used it. The tanks are clean, brand new batteries (Interstate). It has the original manual with it and here is a list of what it has. 5.0 refrigerator. microwave, 3 burner stove and oven. Separate bathroom and tub. Compressor and connection for a gas bbq. Outside shower and fill station. Onan GOLD 4000 generator. Outside lights and speakers. Inside speaker and Sony system. Walking talkies. Duct heating and air. Two propane tanks. I probably have forgotten a few things--this is a must see in person. I have this stored at Dry Dock in Rancho...only serious reply as I will go there to show you the trailer. Title in hand and current registration.
