This is a super clean toy hauler. I got it last year from Dennis Dillon RV. They went through everything and it is immaculate. I put 4 brand new tires and an Equalizer package on it (12000). I have never used it. The tanks are clean, brand new batteries (Interstate). It has the original manual with it and here is a list of what it has. 5.0 refrigerator. microwave, 3 burner stove and oven. Separate bathroom and tub. Compressor and connection for a gas bbq. Outside shower and fill station. Onan GOLD 4000 generator. Outside lights and speakers. Inside speaker and Sony system. Walking talkies. Duct heating and air. Two propane tanks. I probably have forgotten a few things--this is a must see in person. I have this stored at Dry Dock in Rancho...only serious reply as I will go there to show you the trailer. Beautifully kept 2012 Rear Entertainment Bighorn. We bought this trailer brand new and have broken it in for you (in a good way ;) Added a Lazy Boy Loveseat Recliner, 2nd bedroom A/C, all new tires as of February 2016 and a few other small updates. Shoes are not worn in the house, coach has never been smoked in and is kept up by me every week. I guarantee you will not find another RV that has more storage than this one! No major problems and very minimal wear and tear surprisingly for a full time liver. We bought an extended warranty that can be transferred to new owners. Pictures will speak for themselves. Please keep in mind I am a full time Linewife so we do live in our trailer which is why clothes and personal items appear in photos.
