2017 FLEETWOOD Flair 31B, This short-term rental unit arrived from the factory with 2300 miles. It went into rental service on 5/27/16. There are currently less than 10,000 miles on the RV. The Fleetwood factory warranty transfers and is valid until 5/27/17 or 17,300 miles. The Ford factory warranty lasts until 5/27/19 or 38,300 miles. This RV is under the same warranty coverage as new, just reduced in term. The floorplan features a spacious living area due to the sofa/dinette super-slide. Both the sofa and dinette convert to beds, if needed. But, there is an electric drop-down queen bed in the front, two bunk beds in the hall, and an island queen in the rear. So, you may never need to convert either. The Fleetwood Flair line has an impressive list of standard features. In addition, this RV has been upgraded with the bunk TV, driver/passenger center table, the drop-down front queen, 5.5 Onan generator with dual ducted roof A/C, satelite ready radio, dual pane windows, and the four point hydraulic leveling system. Our rental units offer an attractive alternative to buying a new RV. After every trip, a certified technician goes all through the RV looking for issues that can be corrected and charged under the factory warranty.
