We purchased in 2013 after RV had been sitting for numerous years not in use. Clean and well maintained interior. Living area behind front captain chairs with table and kitchen area immediately behind that. On one side of hallway is the closet, bathroom (sink/toilet) and on the other side the shower. Bedroom has a walk around queen bed, 3 windows, roof vent lots of storage and a retractable door for privacy. Bathroom door latches (see photo) to create master suite when taking a shower. Large fridge, 4 burner stove, built in coffee maker and spacious oven. New bluetooth stereo, battery, alternator, starter, cigarette lighter, toilet, AC expansion valve, exhaust manifolds, radiator water pump, radiator hoses, V-belts. Air-conditioning and/or strong fan for warm days. Star-Power Solar battery charging system to keep house battery charged. Tires are less than 5 years old and come with tire covers. Hydrolic leveling system, electric stairs, manual awning, large water tank and outside shower. Outside table, chairs, BBQ and many kitchen items as well. Coranodo 27R class A gas motorhome by Fleetwood RV with the Chevy 454 Cubic inch engine with 94,086 miles on it. Gas generator with only 200 hours. Roof has been resealed and in great shape.
