2017 FLEETWOOD Bounder 36H, This short-term rental unit went into service 5/14/16 and has just over 11,000 miles. Of those miles, 2300 were to drive it from the factory to our facility. It has only been on a few trips and after every trip, a Fleetwood trained/certified technician corrected any deficiencies. As a result, all the bugs associated with buying a new RV have been resolved. It is in like-new condition and is loaded with great features. The balance of the one-year, 15,000 mile Fleetwood warranty and the Ford three-year, 36,000 mile warranty transfer to the new owner. So, it is under full factory warranty. The floorplan is perfect for a large family. The rear master suite features a full rear bath with wash/dryer hookup and more counter space than most apartment batrooms. There is a king-size bed, full-size wardrobe storage, and a large 32" LED TV. Just forward of the master suite are two bunk beds, each with an entertainment center. It is located across from the two-piece half bath. No more waiting for the only bathroom to free up. The main living are has a booth dinette and sofa that both convert to beds. This RV is equipped with the LX package, which includes a 7KW Onan generator, 15K BTU front A/C with heat pump, exterior chrome trim package, undercarriage lighting, power shore cord reel, and solid surface counters throughout the RV. Outside, the full-body paint, 22" Alcoa wheels, vertical hinged baggage doors, and frameless windows will make many believe it is a diesel pusher based on the look. Additional features include 100 gallons of fresh water, 2000 watt inverter, exterior TV, and so much more.
