This has new vinyl plank flooring installed in Dec. of 2013. It is highly water resistant. The hot water heater was replaced April of 2014. It has a full 8 ft of closet across the back. The seat by entry door was replaced by an entertainment center so you don't have to break your neck to watch TV. The old TV spot now makes a decent storage cubby. The uncomfortable dinette was replaced with storage side bar and now a small table and chairs sit in the middle of the floor for a home like setting. Just fold things up and put on the bed for travel. The heated basement works good in cold weather. I have used it down into the teens with no frozen water lines!!! The slide storage goes out with slide for good access. Of coarse it has a 5500 watt generator. Two roof A/Cs. Two furnaces. Dual pane windows with roll out awnings.. You can stay comfortable in this home on wheels. I sits on a Ford chassis with a V10 Gas engine. It has overdrive and will get 8 miles to the gallon. It has a towing hitch and is wired for trailer with 7 contact plug. There is a spare tire underneath. It has a back up camera that has never let me down. It has been a good motor home for me. I am selling because I bought a fifth wheel with 3 slides. I installed an electric dump valve for the black tank so you can dump it from inside with the flip of a switch if you want. That is a feature I a going to miss. It has a washer dryer combo unit. The Fridge is a side by side of decent size. Microwave over stove. Water filter dispenser. The Mattress is about a year old. It does has some damage at both rear corners where it 'met' my box trailer on sharp corners. There is a picture of this. $24,000.00 417-300-9171
