2003 Fleetwood Bounder 36' Motorhome. Model is 35R (official length from Fleetwood is 35.5'). GM Vortec 8100 engine, on a Workhorse chassis with an Allison transmission. Very low miles (Only 48,400). Two big slide outs! Big slide out in living room (sleeper sofa/dinette table), and the rear bedroom (bed/wardrobe). This was one of the more popular gas motorhomes that has ever been made, and everything is of the highest quality, as you would expect from a top tier manufacturer like Fleetwood. Fully self contained, sleep 4 and even is plumbed and ready for washer/dryer combo. Runs and looks great. See the youtube video tour.In the cockpit, at the drivers seat: tilt steering, cruise control, power mirrors, heated mirrors, dash A/C, back-up camera, levelling jacks, etc. Entertainment systems include: AM/FM stereo, 32" TV in Living Room, 27" TV in the rear bedroom, satellite dish, and TV Antenna. Living room has a big slide, where the sleeper sofa and dinette table slide. Both front seats swivel around to face living room. Living room has a sleeper sofa, dinette table, and a recliner: coach sleeps 4 in total. In the kitchen: 4 door fridge with ice maker, 3 burner stove, oven, convection microwave, and hot water tank. Cabinet found in the kitchen that is plumbed and ready for a washer/dryer combo.Bathroom area is next, with a private room for the toilet, vanity, and shower. At the rear of the coach, is the Queen size bedroom with walk-around bed, and lots of closet space. Rear slide (both bed and wardrobe slide out) really opens up the bedroom area. The entire unit has screens, and blinds. Dual ducted roof a/c units along with a ducted gas furnace. Awning over passenger side,two window awnings, along with two slide toppers. Onan 5000 Gas generator runs great, with very low hours. Rear ladder and hitch for towing. Comes with a full set of owners manuals.
