This is an amazing Class A motor home with ONLY 12,000 miles on it. It has the Ford V10. At only 31 ft long it is short enough to maneuver easily, but with 2 SLIDE OUTS it is spacious enough to provide all the storage and creature comforts. The rich wood color throughout makes the space feel warm, and the decor is beautiful with earth tones and neutral patterns. The layout is awesome because of the large slide in the living space. The slide holds the dining booth and kitchen area. The slide totally opens up the space. The front captains chairs swivel around making a great shape for extra seating and conversation with the couch and booth. Both the couch and booth make out into extra beds. The kitchen is very smart with good counterspace, and fully equipped with microwave/hood fan, stove, oven, double sink, double door fridge/freezer, and HUMONGOUS PANTRY!!! Between the captain's chairs is the entertainment center with ample storage next to the TV. There are nice overhead cabinets above the dining table and couch as well. The bedroom has a walk around queen size bed, and lots of great storage including his and hers closets, vanity area, and tons of nice storage space. The bathroom is all in one separable room with a large corner shower, vanity/sink, good bathroom storage and a large private room for the commode. This motorhome has a fully ducted furnace, and air-conditioner. There is a nice generator as well making this unit fully prepared for dry camping. This coach has hydraulic leveling jacks, back up camera, electric steps, power mirrors, and more. The Oshkosh chassis allows for Basement storage and give a very stable ride. This is actually the chassis that Fleetwood built the Diesel pushers on during this time period. This was a big upgrade when this coach was ordered. The slam shut compartments are also a very nice upgrade. The Concaved roof, the real hardwood cabinetry and the solid construction is a thing of the past unless you by a super highline in the new coaches today. The floor plan is very well laid out with a small table up front and a dinette in the kitchen. The sofa makes into a bed and the topper is the rear side isle. This means the bathroom can be much larger with a huge shower. This coach also has a new refrigerator.
