1999 Fleetwood Pace Arrow Vision 37' Class A Motorhome. Model is 36Z. Chevy Vortec V8 engine, on a Workhorse Chassis with only 87,300 miles. Two big slide outs: on slide out in living room (sleeper sofa/kitchen) and another slide in the rear bedroom. This was the best gas model that Fleetwood sold in 1999, and everything is of the highest quality. Fully self contained, and even has a washer/dryer combo. Sleeps 6 in total. Runs great, and looks great. See the youtube video tour. In the cockpit, at the leather power driver's seat: tilt steering, cruise control, power mirrors, power window, dash A/C, back-up camera, levelling jacks, etc. Entertainment systems include an AM/FM stereo, 27" TV in the living room, 14" TV in the rear bedroom, satellite dish, and TV antenna, etc. Both leather front seats swivel around to face living room. Big slide out in the living room (sleeper sofa/kitchen). Living room has a sleeper sofa and a leather recliner: coach sleeps 6 in total. In the kitchen: 2 door side by side fridge, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave Oven, and hot water tank. Cabinet in hallway, that has the washer/dryer combo. Bathroom area is next, with a private room for the toilet and across the hall is the corner glass shower and vanity. At the rear of the coach, is the Queen size bedroom with walk-around bed, and lots of closet space. Another bid slide out in the bedroom. The entire unit has screens, and blinds. Dual ducted roof A/C units, and a ducted furnace. Awning over passenger side, along with two slide toppers. Onan 5500 Gas generator, runs great and is very quiet. Rear ladder and hitch for towing. Comes with a full set of owners manuals. So many more options, it's impossible to list them all. State/regional taxes, SMOG, and DMV fees will also be added to all California residents. California usage tax (8%) also applies to sales to customers of all states/countries if the vehicle or motorhome is picked up in California. Some states have a reciprocal tax agreement with California, meaning you don't pay taxes twice.
