2010 Fleetwood Bounder 34M, A popular RV website gave this model a 2010 user rating of 23 out of 227, for Class A motor-homes. Our RV loan is through USAA with a payoff of $79,000. We are selling for the payoff amount and will not be able to go lower than payoff. 5 tires are dated 2015 and 1 tire is dated 2014. (Spare tire looks great, but is from 2007 and should be replaced solely due to its age.) Chassis battery and two house batteries replaced 1/2015. Water filter replaced 7/2015. Generator oil and filter changed 7/2015. Chassis oil changed and lubed 8/2015. Leveling system fluid changed 8/2015. It was professionally hand-waxed on 1/2016. Depending on when you call/email, the miles will be a little higher than listed. We drive it at least 30 miles a week on highway to keep everything lubricated, etc. It has a little fewer than 28k as of 1/18/2016. $79,000.00
