Home in great shape. Just returned from 3200 mile trip to South Dakota with grandkids. All new shocks, steering stabilizer, sway bar bushings. Brand new fuel pump. Everything works great - fridge, rooftop air, water heater, tv, backup camera, water pump system, battery system. New memory foam mattress. New Propane/CO sensor and main gas valve. Tires almost new. We bought unit specifically for road trip this summer and had a great time - fun way to travel with family. The original owner kept receipts and we can see by the records and the wonderful condition of the unit that they were immaculate and conscientious owners. We drove all the way to Mount Rushmore and back, and we had no mechanical issues at all. No roof leaks and no evidence of previous leaks. Our dream trip is done so it is time to let someone else enjoy this nice value for RV camping and travel.
