What a beautiful RV to travel the country in for weekend getaways or full-time living! This Durango Gold model has all the amenities you desire.
The galley has a 2 door residential refrigerator and a large freezer drawer, a 30 inch convection microwave, a 24 inch oven with 4 burner range with an exhaust fan, an undercounter dishwasher, and solid surface countertops. The unit has an on-demand hot water system making kitchen tasks and long showers easy. The legless table provides dining for two and can be extended with a built in extension and the two additional chairs stored in the underbelly can be used to provide table space for four.
The living area opens to a comfortable living room with a 50 inch Smart LED TV, fireplace, and ceiling fan. The two theater recliners have cup holders, power recline/decline, heat, massage, and a USB port for convenience. The couch easily converts to a Queen Size double bed. The cabinets over the couch, chairs, TV and fireplace provide ample storage. Cleaning the living area is easy with the hidden central vacuum system.
The master bedroom has a king size Serta Comfort King mattress, and the bed has electric tilt for comfortable TV watching or reading. There are large easily accessible storage drawers under the foot of the bed. The stackable washer and dryer are neatly tucked into the closet right next to the built-in clothes hamper. The bedroom has a 32 inch Smart LED TV as well as a fireplace.
The bathroom has a residential shower, a stainless-steel sink and ample storage for linens and personal items.
There are two separately controlled rooftop air conditioners/furnaces (bedroom and front room), and two fireplaces (bedroom and front room) with temperature and fan remote controls. In case it is needed there is also a gas furnace with two 30 lb. propane tanks for comfortable living and sleeping in any season. The underbelly and storage areas are heated, insulated and enclosed, so no water line freezing problems.
The Durango Gold models have 6 sided aluminum framing, a fully vented attic system, heated insulated underbelly, TUFFLEX roof material that is flexible, puncture resistant and reflective. There is an outside 110 electrical outlet, and two electric awnings with lights. The unit has a 2 inch towing receiver with 4 pin wire harness connection. The Durango Gold tow package has a 3,000 lb. tow rating and 300 lb. hitch rating. The two front room/kitchen slides are hydraulic and are controlled from the house control panel, The two large front room/kitchen slides can be separately opened or closed using the hydraulic control located in the house battery compartment. The two bedroom slides are electric and are separately controlled from the house control panel.
The unit is equipped with near new Hercules ST 235/80 R16 H 901 tires purchased in 2023. These are 14 ply tires with 4 steel belts on tread and 1 steel belt on sidewall (less than 5,000 miles on tires) making travel safer. The unit has an aftermarket tire pressure monitoring system as well as a Ford system backup camera and motion sensor. So, if you use a Ford vehicle with Pro-Trailer Assist to tow this unit, backing the unit is easy.
