The local and visiting consultant was impressed with this unit; very clean, very large, and spacious for full-time living to extend travel and stay at campgrounds. Be a great unit to leave on a lot or at a lake to use as a vacation home. The unit was free from smells or any signs of the damaged interior; removing the outdoor kitchen to provide space in the bunkroom appears to be done very professionally and nicely. Stock #309669 Mesa Ridge 427 BHS fifth wheel is a step above the rest, offers a strong base, while the luxurious interior amenities make you feel right at home! 2021 Mesa Ridge 427 BHS (built by Highland Ridge RV) Be ready to step up in class with this listing: very nice exterior features and a clean interior. This unit has been set up more for full-time living; the original owner removed the outdoor kitchen, creating a much larger space in the rear bunkroom. Also, in the rear bunkroom, the half-bath has a stackable washer and dryer in that location. The main galley/living room area has also been switched around, with a nice smaller table for all working spaces, eating space, or even space for children to do schoolwork. The large slide has a jack-knife sofa and bookends both sides with recliners for plenty of seating space. The forward bedroom is very spacious, with nice storage and closet space. For sale 2021 Sprinter built by Keystone 30RL model. This 5th wheel has a very nice lay-out and design packed in a smaller frame and lighter weight for towing. The owner has switched out some of the factory interior to add some more condo/apartment feel for the unit. This 2021 model actually was a newer layout in late 2021 moving into Keystone 2022 line-up. Very nice space when entering with the living area to the rear, middle kitchen space with very nice kitchen island. The forward area dual entrance to the full bathroom from the hallway and also in the bedroom space. The rear living room space has a comfortable feel and a nice lounging space to enjoy the TV and surround sound bar, along with the electric fireplace, that will provide nice heat without using propane. There is also a catch all counter space when entering which is great for items as you carry into the camper. The forward bedroom has a closest slide providing very nice storage and hanging space in this smaller package 5th wheel. Reason for selling is changes in the plan.

The local and visiting consultant was overall impressed with the lay-out and interior and exterior condition of the unit. The full body paint was clean and shiny for this age unit. The unit is protected from the elements and sun under very large car-port style roof. There are a few areas that will need to be addressed or repaired. The seller is willing to discuss with an offer those needs to either be fixed or negotiate the price point. Stock #380255 This 2014 Redwood 36FL is Set up For Full Time Family Living w/Five Slides, Washer and Dryer, Fireplace, Separate Bathroom Entrance and Much More! 2014 Redwood RW36FL, this is a five-slide unit, that offers a forward living design with a rear bedroom set-up. This unit is being sold by the second owner. The unit is smoke-free and animal-free. The unit was very clean and showed well. All interested buyers, the rocking chair and the kitchen table and chairs are not included with the purchase of the 5th. The 36FL model offers a lot of space for a unit under 40ft. Also, with the Redwood manufacture this is a unit that was built to last. This specific unit has been modified in some areas by the owner, they used the unit to live in for a period of time. The rear bedroom, served as a bedroom for their two young children and the slide that would have housed the bed was made into a single bed space. This area was also painted and shows well. In the corner of the slide, there is a soft spot that can also be seen on the exterior photo where the under the slide area, maybe 1ftx1ft needs to be replaced. The center of the 5th wheel serves as the kitchen with tons of space and storage.
