The current owner and his family used this RV to live in while their home was being built and are now making it available for someone else to enjoy. Tires are original. They have only been driven on 2-3 times. The seller deflates the tires when in storage. There are no water leaks or water intrusions as reported by the seller. The seller has let his pets stay with him on a couple of occasions. However, the RV has been deep cleaned and kept clean since the pets were allowed. The armchair upholstery has a minor bit of damage, not terrible but noticeable. No known issues...the 5th wheel is really well-maintained and looks terrific inside and out. Stock #385509 2020 Wildcat 322RK with three slide-outs! Great layout! The living room is a great place to sit back and relax with the dual recliners, sleeper sofa, and the built-in entertainment center with a large flat-screen TV and electric fireplace. The unique and hard-to-find floor plan makes for a comfortable living space, and the rear kitchen design gives it a very residential feel. The spacious master bedroom features an east-west king size mattress, a spacious master closet, and is prepped for a washer and dryer. The 40" shower is large and includes a generous-sized linen closet, sink, and toilet. There are two slides, one containing theatre-style seating and a booth dinette. The other is an opposing slide with cabinet space housing the outdoor kitchen. The kitchen is located in the rear of the 5th wheel, which is practical. It includes a double sink, residential refrigerator, large three-burner stove top and oven. A microwave oven is recessed in the upper cabinetry. Reason for selling is not in use.
