There are no issues to report, and none were observed. The nearly new and fresh tires with a date code of 1423, and include a set of Blue Tooth tire pressure monitors which are new "in the bag". The roof appears to be in great condition (see pics) Stock #385254 2021 Reflection by Grand Design 288BH in Great Condition!!! Rarely Used!!! This ONE OWNER RV is really nice. Always stored under cover in a secured storage lot and always plugged into power. It is obvious that keeping an RV powered up keeps the humidity down and preserves the interior and all the appliances. This REFLECTION is solar-prepped and includes the ARCTIC INSULATION package. Inside, you will find a "just like new" interior. The seller is a self-proclaimed neat freak and does a great job of keeping things clean. This is a great floor plan. The master bedroom is front located, and the large bathroom is adjacent. A nice, roomy kitchen and living area are generously equipped with ample storage and counter space. The rear bunk bedroom has lots of cabinet storage and is equipped with a TV and stereo. The dinette is pictured with the table removed, but it is included with the RV. The dinette converts to a nearly queen-sized bed. In the rear exterior kitchen, the seller removed the propane stove and part of the storage wall to create a large space for extra storage. Why didn't the factory build it this way....it is a great idea and really functional. (see pics). Reason for selling is not in use.

Cameo by Carriage recreational vehicles are considered luxury travel trailers, and this one lives up to that standard. It is has been used and has a few issues for which the asking price has been adjusted. One of the A/C's needs repaired or replaced, the decals have faded, the wooden floor vent in carpeted steps has a piece missing, and needs new awning fabric (awning mechanics work fine). The battery needs to be replaced, and one of the slides needs the bottom wood panel replaced. The roof has been sealed, and a dual water filtration system was always used to ensure that hard water issues would not impact the RV's plumbing system. The cabinetry, floorplan, and overall quality are superb. This particular Cameo has been cared for almost exclusively in the Texas Hill Country and College Station, Texas, during Aggie football season. The refrigerator was upgraded to a Nordcold model 1210, and the wood panels match the solid wood cabinetry. The TV rises and lowers at the touch of a button, the Corian countertops shine, and the large bathroom with entry through the master bedroom and living area adds a nice touch. It is plumbed for a washer and dryer, and the inside and out storage is incredible! These Cameo 5th wheels are built to last and make great full-time travel & living RVs!
