We purchased this 2010 Milan travel 2yrs ago, from the original owner and have kept it in excellent condition inside and out ever since. This is a premium model trailer (not ultra-light) and is built on a toyhauler chassis for additional strength, towing stability, and a higher interior ceiling height. This floorplan is a perfect layout for a couple or small family and is capable of sleeping (2-6). This spacious little trailer measures 25ft. in length, has a queen sized main bed, couch and dinette that both convert to Full Size Beds, a Full Kitchenette with Microwave, Oven, Fridge/Freezer, Three Burner Stove, and a Giant Bathroom with Large Shower and Closet, Power Shade Awning and Exterior Speakers. There are very few signs of wear/use on the trailer, the exterior graphics do not have any sun damage, the power shade awning is in good condition and also comes with an extra replacement awning cover ($500 value). In addition to all the standard features we have also had many upgrades done to the trailer including a Pioneer Touchscreen A/V system, Flatscreen TV with DVD, Full LED Lighting (inside & out), and more...This model sells new for over 20K in very similar condition, and without any upgrades, but we are pricing this one to sell fast at $12,250obo.
