We purchased this 2010 Milan travel 2yrs ago, from the original owner and have kept it in excellent condition inside and out ever since. This is a premium model trailer (not ultra-light) and is built on a toyhauler chassis for additional strength, towing stability, and a higher interior ceiling height. This floorplan is a perfect layout for a couple or small family and is capable of sleeping (2-6). This spacious little trailer measures 25ft. in length, has a queen sized main bed, couch and dinette that both convert to Full Size Beds, a Full Kitchenette with Microwave, Oven, Fridge/Freezer, Three Burner Stove, and a Giant Bathroom with Large Shower and Closet, Power Shade Awning and Exterior Speakers. There are very few signs of wear/use on the trailer, the exterior graphics do not have any sun damage, the power shade awning is in good condition and also comes with an extra replacement awning cover ($500 value). This trailer is a gem! We are sad to be selling but we're moving cross country and don't have towing capacity. We bought the trailer used last year from a dealer and they made several fixes/upgrades before we got it, including re-sealing, installing a brand new stereo/DVD system among others. We've kept the trailer on-site at a campground so there has been no additional wear and tear from driving. We visit a few weekends each month and make sure to keep it clean so everything is in great shape. Refrigerator, stove/oven and microwave are in excellent condition and the water heater heats in no time. Awning and slideout work great. AC and heat are excellent. The tv swivels so you can watch from the bedroom or the main space. Plenty of storage space as well. Check out the specs from Eclipse, this trailer is perfect for a couple or small family.We really would love to keep this but the cost to transport it cross country is just too steep right now.
