Rear custom built queen bed on the bottom electric rack and full size bed on the top rack and also includes a bench seat that can be placed on the bottom rack in place of the queen. 27 in flat screen TV/DVD combo that hooks to the stereo and is satellite ready. Dedicated satellite connection. Two LED light strips on top of the cabinets for extra lighting. Connection side exterior light. Two captains chairs. Sleeps up to 7. 50 gal fresh water. 40 gal gray/black with black tank flush. 6 gal gas hot water heater. Lots of storage space. Swing out shower curtain bar for added room in the shower. Convection microwave combo. Carpet kit for cargo area. Tires new as of 2016. Two 20 lb propane tanks. Dual battery system. Lots of outside storage space. 20 gal fuel station. 20 ft awning new as of 2014 in excellent condition. Exterior and interior in excellent condition. All new vent caps as of November 2016. 18 months left on the Corner Stone extended warranty that is transferable. Empty weight is 6780 lbs.
