2013 Eclipse Recreational Vehicles Attitude 23FB, 2013 Eclipse Attitude M-23FB. I bought it new in 2013 in Utah then moved to Texas for work. I lived in it for a couple weeks while I found a house in Texas, only been able to take it out 6 times this year and didn't get to take it out at all last year. It is in great shape. 106 Gallon fresh water tank, 50 gallon black, and 50 gallon grey water tanks. Fueling station and outside shower. Flood lights on the rear and side. Extra Large factory tinted windows. The carpet rolls up and seats fold to the sides to expose tie down points for your toys. Dual power bunks in the rear, you can fit a side by side in it. Couch, Dinette, and rear bunks are about a full size bed each, Queen bed up front. Sleeps 10. Toilet and shower in the bathroom, the sink is outside the bathroom door to make getting ready easier. AM/FM/CD player with interior and exterior speakers. DVD player. Gas top stove, Microwave/Convection Combo so you can still do some cooking with ease. Both deep cycle batteries are in great condition. Two 20gallon propane tanks. Comes with equalizer hitch and anti sway bar. 7500W portable generator with remote start negotiable, it is not built in but does have a spot on the front of the camper for a smaller 3500w generator. I did have the A/C unit replaced with a brand new unit the beginning of this summer (2015). Tires are wearing normal, no dry rotting or cracks. I have pulled it no more then 2500 miles and it was all highway miles. I replaced the three vents on top of the camper due to the sun drying them out. Graphics in great condition, not faded or cracked. Roof is a single piece rubber roof, no leaks. Great camper, I am just upgrading to a motorhome.
