Compare with other Earthbounds advertised on RVTrader. This one has an on demand hot water heater. Everything works. New awning, new steps, bottom couch cushions just had new foam put in them. Power tongue jack and four manual stabilizer jacks. Tires are about two years old with less than 5K miles on them. New Interstate battery this summer. One new complete axle and bearing were just repacked and checked this summer as were the brakes. Three 20# propane tanks. We are the original owners, purchased in 2010 and we have really enjoyed it. We purchased a Class C for more room and don't need two RVs. If you research Earthbound you will see that they were built to last. NO WOOD used in the construction. Engineered carriage frame, all aluminum body frame. Heavy foam insulation. Composite roof and floor. One piece aluminum outer and inner walls painted with automotive paint and clear coat. The outer wall has a layer of composite under it for added rigidity and to serve as a heat brake to keep the cold out. Fresh, grey and black tanks are all 30 gallons and all have tank heaters. Microwave/convection oven and two burner cooking surface with cover. Large pullout pantry. Two Jensen TVs. Leather couch and dinette. Under bed storage. Shower has sliding glass doors. Pull down blinds and screens. Newer 9" queen foam mattress with bamboo cover. Oxygenics shower head. Jack antenna. Large lighted pass through and several other storage areas. All PEX plumbing. Large closet in hall and two shirt closets. Lots of cabinets and a large pots & pans drawer. Vinyl floors throughout. No carpet. Never smoked in. Will also include a new induction cook top and the hitch. If you check other listing you will see that ours is priced to sell. We have taken good care of it but like I said we don't need two RVs. This is a beautiful 2011 Golden Ridge 31 foot travel trailer for sale that has barely been used!!! My father and mother used this trailer for the occasional vacation but it has mostly sat in a paved car port for long enough. This trailer is awesome!! It offers only 4500 lbs dry weight pulled effortlessly with our Jeep Grand Cherokee. It is very lightweight with aerodynamic styling. It includes electric stabilizers, and a very low center of gravity, making it a cinch to tow. Inside amenities include composite metal throughout, cork floors, large L-counter for meal prep, leather seats/sofa, extra pull out bed, and brushed-steel walls. Electric slide out section adds for much more living space. There is no carpet (that stains and soils) and has a deluxe comfy queen-size master bed. It boasts a superior sound system inside and out, convection oven, frig, and a toggle board for easy switching from gas-to-electric-to-battery. The interior is flawless and is in pristine condition. The exterior is a seamless aluminum with thermal pane windows, gel coated roof, exterior awning, and aluminum wheels. It also has an anti chip front shield, composite sidewalls (NO WOOD). Last but not least, it includes ultra thin solar panels on the roof. The exterior is not perfect but close (minor wear and tear cosmetics). Let me know if you want to take a look. We have enjoyed 3000 luxurious miles of camping with friends and family in our Golden Ridge over the last 4 years. At every campsite, we have had neighbors ask to see inside our aerodynamic RV trailer with the appointments of a Class A motor coach. What's not to love? 1) only 4500 lbs dry weight pulled effortlessly with our Trailblazer, 2) composite metal throughout, no wood to rot to swell, 3) large L-counter for meal prep, 4) leather seats and sofa and brushed-steel walls, 5) no carpet, 6) pedestal queen-size bed as comfortable as home, 7) superior sound system inside and out, 8) cable for kitchen, BR and outdoor, 9) instant heat, AC and hot water, 9) more storage space than we've needed, 10) convection oven, 11) frig with auto toggle from gas-to-electric-to-battery, 12) electric stabilizers and hitch. Gosh, that's a lot of features, but not anywhere near the number of over-the-top, Golden Ridge memories. From the banks of the Myakka River of Central Florida to the ridges of the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina.
