This fifth wheel is in overall good condition and could use a good cleaning; the cloth fabrics, blinds, and valances are clean, with no significant stains, tears, or odors. The woodwork and flooring are in good condition with no stains, scratches, or wear patterns.
One of the cabinet latches is missing from the living room TV area (shown), and a few latches/doors could be adjusted. One of the couches is missing, and there is a replacement sofa in the curbside slideout.
Both roof airs were replaced in the summer of 2022, and the new refrigerator was installed in 2019. The seller has owned this for 3-4 years; it needs some deferred maintenance (roof resealed, latches, deep cleaning, etc.). Original tires. Generator Prep.
The coach's exterior is in good condition; the finish is uniform and shiny, and there is a dent/scratch above the curbside wheel skirting (shown) and in the streetside slideout (shown). The underside shows some loose/torn skirting (shown). The electrical harness for the curbside slide needs to be refastened. The trailer is parked under cover.

The bedroom has a king bed with under-bed storage, a large dresser, a vanity and sink, a flat-panel TV, and a full-width closet. A stackable washer and dryer are in the hallway by the bathroom.
