All features work per the seller. While the unit was not showroom clean for the photos, the seller is arranging for a thorough cleaning inside and out.
The tires are less than two years old and have plenty of life. The living room slide motor was recently replaced as was the Hobbs meter.
The cosmetic issues are shown in the photos and include the worn upholstery on the large sofa/recliner, some wear at the top of the front awning (pinholes but there should be a few years before needing replacement), and a few others shown in the photos.
Several of the interior shades do not stay open. There is a backup camera but the receiver/monitor was not included when the seller purchased it. It may or may not work.

With 160 gallons of fresh water, two 48 gallon black tanks (1.5 baths), two 48 gallon gray tanks, a 5.5KW generator with low hours, four solar panels keeping up with four 6 volt batteries, a 2,000 watt inverter, sleeping for nine, a huge fridge, and loads of space, one or two weeks off grid should be a breeze! (The seller thinks the panels are 200 watts each but could be lower. The charge controller is 30 amps.)
It features two 30 gallon gas tanks. One feeds the generator and the second a fueling station for your toys.
Add to that a King bed in the master, four TVs with satellite dish, and loads of storage, take friends and/or family, or stay longer with fewer guests.
This is a great rig for the forest or dunes!
