All features work per the seller. While the unit was not showroom clean for the photos, the seller is arranging for a thorough cleaning inside and out. The tires are less than two years old and have plenty of life. The living room slide motor was recently replaced as was the Hobbs meter. The cosmetic issues are shown in the photos and include the worn upholstery on the large sofa/recliner, some wear at the top of the front awning (pinholes but there should be a few years before needing replacement), and a few others shown in the photos. Several of the interior shades do not stay open. There is a backup camera but the receiver/monitor was not included when the seller purchased it. It may or may not work. The overall condition of the toy hauler is very good and shows normal wear and tear for its age. The seller had this unit inspected and serviced in November 2021. Slide awnings were added and are in good condition. Like many RVs and other recreational vehicles of this era, the vinyl furniture and mattress pads on the garage bunks show signs of peeling and flaking. See photo.
