Normal wear and tear best describes this 2016 fifth-wheel toy hauler. Although the slide-out flooring is relatively new, the covering on the exterior underside of the slide-out appears to be stretched from its anchor point. There is also a wrinkle in the rear side panel above the wheel well and next to the rear entrance door. It appears the sofa upholstery needs to be repaired in places or replaced. Although a dog traveled with the owners occasionally, the interior had no detectable pet odor. In general, this RV is in good condition. There is tape used to stop some water intrusion thru the hinge area at the bottom of the loading ramp. No water was getting into the unit, but it would probably need to be addressed. The LP detector and the CO2 detector are both out of service. Everything else appears to be working and in great shape. Stock #324040 2016 Triton Voltage by Dutchmen. 12'7" garage, two A/Cs, RV Armor roof! Besides being in generally very good condition the are many excellent features with this 2016 Triton Toy Hauler. Topping the list would probably be a 12'7" garage with a tilt-down ramp. In the garage, there is also a Happi-Jac fold-down bed and a TV making this a great multifunctional area. The fact that it is lightweight (dry 11,295 lbs) for its size is also a big plus when it comes to towing. Not visible from the ground, but it has an RV Armor roof! The living/kitchen area with flat screen smart tv shows well thought out use of space considering the space available and functionality. A few steps up from the living area toward the front of the unit is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and lavatory. The bath has a ceiling skylight vent/fan and a mirrored medicine cabinet. In the bedroom, which is also on the upper level, there is another smart flatscreen TV placed for comfortable viewing from the queen-sized bed. In addition to the a/c unit in the living area, there is another one for the bedroom ensuring everyone is cool and comfortable even on the hottest days. When campground electricity isn't available, the 5.5kW Onan generator can easily take over the electrical requirements. There is plenty of storage with exterior access and propane compartments on both sides holding a 30-pound tank in each.
