In general, this RV is in good condition. There is tape used to stop some water intrusion thru the hinge area at the bottom of the loading ramp. No water was getting into the unit, but it would probably need to be addressed. The LP detector and the CO2 detector are both out of service. Everything else appears to be working and in great shape. In the bedroom, which is also on the upper level, there is another smart flatscreen TV placed for comfortable viewing from the queen-sized bed. In addition to the a/c unit in the living area, there is another one for the bedroom ensuring everyone is cool and comfortable even on the hottest days. When campground electricity isn't available, the 5.5kW Onan generator can easily take over the electrical requirements. There is plenty of storage with exterior access and propane compartments on both sides holding a 30-pound tank in each.
