At 37' plus 2 slide-outs, this North Shore 35BH-H5 comes with a lot of space! First, it comes with 2 separate bedrooms with doors. Each bedroom has a separate toilet room with an actual door. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, 8' closet, 6-drawer dresser & 32" flatscreen TV. Additionally, there is a mirrored closet with washer/dryer connections. The guest bedroom originally had 2 small bunks. However, we removed the top bunk, so that an adult could sleep comfortably in the single bed. There is storage below the bed that is accessible from outside via a half door. The vanity & toilet are in 1 room with it's own door. Originally, the living room slide-out contained a booth/table & loveseat. Both were cramped & could not even seat 2 comfortably. We bought this RV to be comfortable & we thought we should take advantage of it. Therefore, we removed the booth/table/loveseat & purchased a large 3-section Ikea couch that is 9' long & can seat 4 comfortably. There is storage above it with a stereo system that has speakers in multiple rooms. The living room ceiling is about 8' high. At 1 end is a flatscreen TV & at the other is a beautiful electric fireplace. The kitchen has a gas oven/stove, microwave, fridge/freezer & pantry. Also included is an electric toaster oven. For heating & cooling, there is 1 ceiling fan, 1 air conditioner that can be focused on the main room or bedrooms, a gas heater & the electric fireplace. Outside there is a pass-through storage area, 2 large batteries & 2 propane tanks that were all purchased new last year. We're also including all of the necessary hoses & connections that we purchased new last year. We've spent over $1,000 in upgrades. We removed the booth/loveseat & replaced it with a 9' long Ikea sofa (Soderhamn). Below it, covering most of the living room floor, we added 2 Ikea area rugs. The stovetop cover was replaced. An electric oven and fireplace were added. The blinds were problematic, so we replaced them with thermal curtains; except for the metal ones in the kitchen. Also, we replaced the closet doors in the master bedroom with modern, cloth panels from Ikea. They slide open like a closet door & now it is much easier to access the far side of the bed. In addition, we added a small TV in the living room & a large TV in the master bedroom. We are also selling our 2002 Ford F250 extended cab, long bed truck with the exact connections for this RV. It has the bulletproof 7.3 L engine! We looked long & hard for the perfect combination of truck & RV for under $ 40,000. I doubt that there is a better set for the price.
