This unit come with an under the unit central A/C unit along with a small A/C unit built into the loft for extra comfort. This Sterling has a sunken bedroom and Jack and Jill cabinets for great storage for a couple. The stainless steel appliances give the kitchen a great look, along with the solid surface countertops. The bathroom options include a one piece shower/tub combo w/ glass door, household toilet, and plenty of cabinet space. It also comes with the optional metal roof for style and less maintenance. Great features provided by Dutch Park are 2x6 floor joices, and 2x4 wall studs on 16" centers. 5/8" plywood flooring along with flooring that is completely glued down and just not on the sides, like some competitors. R22 insulation in the ceiling and floors, along with R11 in the walls makes this unit easier to live in in the colder months! Dutch Park units also include non grid thermal pane windows.
