The mattress was replaced with a residential king. Stock #287219 Excellent clean condition. Thermal Pane windows. Corian Countertops, full size stainless refrigerator. The current owner has well maintained this Mobile Suites by DRV 36RSSB3. When you walk in the door, you will see the nicely laid out floorplan, with a recliner and sofa bed in the living area, with a fireplace and a power lift 40" TV, and with four slides, you have tons of room. The galley has a 4 door residential fridge, a 3-burner stove, a microwave convection oven, a double kitchen sink, and a kitchen island for lots of counter space. And all counters are Corian. In the master bedroom, you have a king-size walk-around bed, a large wardrobe closet, a TV, and great storage. The listing broker has not seen this unit, all photos and information was supplied by the seller It is described as very clean and in good condition, everything works as it should prepped for a Gen. The only problem is on the very front some of the clear has peeled. Stock #269757 Well Cared for and Maintained! 4 Seasons 5th Wheel has new tires and is ready for some camping! This Mobile Suites 36RSSB3 has all the comforts of home to make a great camping adventure or full-time living. In the rear living area is a sleeper sofa with a queen size air mattress, a double reclining love seat, an entertainment center with a TV, and an electric fireplace. The middle kitchen has a dinette table, island kitchen sink, 3-burner stove, oven, microwave/convection oven, and a residential-size fridge/freezer with an icemaker.
