These slide outs help to open up the floor space. The slide along the door side has a dinette with two chairs, overhead cabinet, and theatre seats with cup holders. The opposing slide features a TV, three burner range, angled double kitchen sink, and overhead cabinet. Next to the sink you will find a refrigerator. (Copy to browser)Full Time Four Season Fifth Wheel. Luxurious and Spacious!Meticulously Maintained unit. Washed before each trip, waxed regularly and stored inside during winter months. Everything functions perfectly. The Tradition was designed to be a lower cost unit by DRV but was manufactured in the same factory and with most of the same materials and workmanship as their Mobile Suites lineup.Several items have been repaired on this unit since I purchased it. Front cap has been completely repainted and new decals installed due to some inconsistencies in the paint. Looks Great!New water tank installed and complete new bottom covering installed with upgraded bracing and additional insulation due to a Crack in filler neck on original tank. None of the original components that got wet remain on the unit.There is a crack that recently developed in the fiberglass just below the bedroom slide that could use repair. That repair would be at the option of the new owner.I have priced this unit below any other unit listed online. My goal is to get more than wholesale pricing offered by dealers. My wife and I are selling to get a smaller unit. We will miss the Bold look and Luxurious features offered in this RV. Feel free to call with any questions you may have. 2017 DRV Luxury Suites Mobile Suites Aire MSA 40, This Mobile Suites Aire fifth wheel model MSA 40 is the perfect couples coach featuring all of the amenities needed to enjoy spending time exploring! There are quad slides for added roominess throughout, plus a residential refrigerator, an electric fireplace, a convenient kitchen island, and more! Step inside and notice the openness with dual opposing slides in this area alone. There is a slide out free standing dinette and a 65" theatre seat for two along the curb side. Adjacent, along the rear wall, there is a 75" sofa with overhead cabinets. The slide along the road side in this same area features an entertainment center with a 55" LED TV including a fireplace below. This can easily be viewed from any seating in the room. The remainder of the road side living area slide features the kitchen amenities. There is a storage cabinet, a Furion range base and convection oven above, plus a three burner range. At an angle, along this slide, there is a large sink for cleaning up, and the residential refrigerator and pantry are just off this slide and seen straight in through the main entry door. For food prep and serving you will love the convenient center island. Head up the steps to the right of the entry door and notice the side aisle bath on your left. Inside the bath there is a linen cabinet, a 30" x 42" shower, a toilet, and a vanity with double sinks! The sliding door here in the bath, and also leading into the master bedroom next door, is a plus as they both save space upon entering and exiting each room. For sale is a 2006 Double Tree Suites fifth wheel travel trailer. Model 38 RL3. This unit is in excellent condition and offers many amenities. Microwave/Convection oven, 3 burner Amana stove and oven, Black and Decker coffee maker, Dometic refrigerator with separate freezer, 12 gallon hot water heater. . The cooling system consists of 2 roof mount 13.5 BTU Ducted LoPro air conditioning units, a ceiling fan in the living room and 2 Fantasic Vent Fans in the kitchen and bedroom. A LP gas furnace is supplied by 2 40 lb. tanks. A Duo Therm thermostat controls both the AC and heat. Two one year old 6V batteries supply electric when not hooked up to shore power. The entertainment system consists of one Sony 42" plasma tv, one RCA 20" tv a and a radio/ DVD surround sound system. Other amenities inside this unit are: central vacuum, Hi-Lo coffee table, and king bed in the bedroom. Outside features are: thermopane windows, 16' power awning, roof rack and detachable ladder.
