Snowbirds, your luxury 5th wheel is here in Alabama. Save the cost of towing one south by buying this one. It will be ready to move in when you get here. I am a motivated seller DRV promised and delivered on what extended stay and full-time fifth wheel residents demand most. This one has an efficient design with an abundance of quality features and reliable engineering. Purchased this new in Elkhart, IN in the Fall of 2009. We traveled to Gulf Shores, AL area for that winter then came north to MI for the summer of 2010. We then came back to Gulf Shores for the next winter. Because of health issues we have stayed south since then. SO this unit has very few miles and lots of life for full-timers or those who wish to travel in style and quality. My wife was in hospital for 2+ years and passed away on 7/8/2014 so I am very interested in selling this 5th wheel. This 5th wheel has a great floor plan with all the comforts of home . 3 slide outs add a great deal of space enhanced by 9 foot ceiling. There is a couch and two recliners (One slightly used). The kitchen area is well laid out with a 3 burner stove, oven, convection microwave and 4 door refrigerator. This has a Level-Up leveling system with 6 hydraulics giving this unit a very solid feeling. Living area has a 32" flat screen TV with a book case above and an electric fireplace below it. The Bunk room has two bunks a night stand and three closet spaces. There is an air mattress that is used with the couch for another two to sleep. The bedroom/bathroom has a king bed with sleep number mattress. There is a corner shower, a closet plumbed and wired for a washer/dryer, wonderful closet with cedar lining, an in-floor safe and lots of drawers for storage. Two ducted air conditioners keep the unit cool on hot days and the furnace keeps it warm on cold days. The alternate use of the fireplace can really add a lot of heat if needed. There is a dirt Devil central vacuum system. The 10 gallon water heater, furnace and stove top with oven are served by two 40 lb propane tanks. This is a 40 model with a double bunk room in the back. Great for the grand kids or makes a lot of storage space. Has a Burr Engineering Handicap lift which can either be removed or sold as installed. Works great for handicapped to get from ground to floor level at push of a button. This can be removed if not interested in or do not need it.
