1999 Dodge Xplorer 230 XLW - Wide Body with Dual rear wheels ("230" inches long = 21 feet, XLW = Xtra Long Wide body) Low Miles! - 53,000 Oregon vehicle its entire life and it shows: No rust and beautiful original paint. I drove the Xplorer to Tennessee from Oregon in August 2016. The original vinyl decals have recently been removed. Has had only two previous owners and both were older adults. This van was gently used. 1995 XPLORER 230 DODGE RV MOTOR HOME WITH 69,000 ORIGINAL MILES. CARFAX CHECKED ALL GOOD Florida owned and located, rarely used with original owners manual, vehicle drives great air blows cold I am not an expert on this and will do my best to list what this has ,we did have it professionally checked and all works fine with some minor repairs see list as in the process of getting those taken care of. This is set for a generator though this one never did have one Originally built back in 95 with blue interior and wood cabinets which appeared to have been upgraded to oak. The RV contains a double bed at rear with plenty of storage below accessible from either the side panels on the rv exterior or from within the rv itself.The bed does not make a table This has a toilet and shower with sink and closet Small sink with stove and refrigerator 2 chairs that fold down to make a single bed rather small but currently set up with a table As with any Florida vehicle the carpet has bleached in areas see jpegs otherwise internally clean. This does have an air conditioner it does blow cold but not as cold as it should though it might just need a good cleaning as this unit has sat under an awning for a number of years though each month it was run for a few miles to make sure all is running fine on the vehicle Some of the windows are currently leaking and working on getting repaired with some wood damage as can be seen in the jpegs Exterior some paint has chipped away mainly on the driver’s side door The radio turn on but has no display and no sound The side awning needs some new brackets and the main support leg bracket is broken but sure you could find or make one to replace it AS THIS IS OVER 21 YEARS OLD IT WILL NEED SOME T.L.C. ETC BUT PRICED ACCORDINGLY AND OPEN TO REASONABLE OFFERS

This is an exceptionally clean van (the reason l bought it). Super low miles (45,500, less than 1800 per year), 360 c.i., 4 speed automatic transmission, runs great and NO LEAKS! Stored inside until this summer. No dents-dings-rust,10 foot awning, running boards, fog lamps, bug shield, powered roof vent, perfect glass, screens on all appropriate windows,all privacy curtains with no tears,fully carpeted, propane furnace, full kitchen including propane powered refrigerator, cooktop and hot water, microwave, plenty of cabinets/storage, head, removable pedestal table, two bunks (or included wood panel to convert to Queen bed). Roof A.C. on board generator runs off the gasoline tank of the vehicle. New parts include; engine driven AC compressor COLD AIR converted to R134), rear Monroe air shocks, Kenwood AM-FM-CD stereo with remote. Two new racks to fit the 2" reciever, the first designed to carry extra gear, the second is built to transport a dirtbike or scooter. Recent brakes,(ABS) good tires, probably 75%. I purchased this van about this time last year,and only made one trip of about 1600 miles and it was a great trip, very uneventful ride wisewise,xdrove great! My girlfriend has contracted yet another cancer as well as my three bouts with cancer, thus my loss is your gain. l paid $15500, the firm price is 12,500, just so l can pay off the loan.
