The overall condition of this 2020 Momentum is very good overall. There is no noticeable sun fade, but the vinyl graphics are checking in places.
The roof ladder was damaged and is being replaced along with a section of dented d.s. rear skirt from Grand Design.
The tires are original to the coach and are exhibiting some sidewall age, so they will need to be addressed.
The interior is also very nice, with minimal wear and just normal wear and tear for the year.
The generator has around 400 hours and was serviced in 2023.

Joy to your toys in this 2020 Momentum 381M! The Momentum is a very popular offering from Grand Design, and in its 43 feet of space, you'll be able to get off the beaten path and enjoy your bikes or a quad.
Grand Design quality dressed in white with the black and blue Momentum graphic package, three slides, and three awnings, including one for the patio area off the back and an exterior TV with speakers. Triple axle for a stable ride, a fuel station for happy toys, and a handy roof ladder for top access.
On the inside, you'll love the airy, open feel of the main room. The large kitchen, with solid surface counters, is the center of attention. The large island with a fold-up counter has a deep stainless sink with a black residential faucet, and there is a 3-burner gas stove and oven, a convection microwave, and a 4-door electric/propane refrigerator. There is also pantry storage and room for extra things in the many cabinets.
Adjacent, you'll find the large 4-section sofa that folds flat for sleeping with footrest and recliner controls. There is a 49" TV and a fireplace for cozy nights. A loft space above allows one or two to sleep in a cozy spot.
Moving to the front of the coach, you'll find the Queen master with over-bed storage and more storage under the bed; it's TV-ready and has its own AC unit.
The full bath offers everything you need, including a shower, a sink with a vanity, and a toilet. There are USB charging spots and an integrated vacuum system under the steps.
Out back in the 15' garage, you'll find plenty of room to store your toys, and the fold-down ramp converts to a patio with a glass sliding door and a railing. Inside the garage, there's drop-down seating with a table, a queen-sized bed, a half bath with sink and toilet, washer and dryer hookups, and it has its own entrance.
A reliable and strong ONAN 5500 generator gives reliable boon-docking performance, and there's plenty of basement storage.
