Welcome... This 2013 Ford E250 w/ only 7k was custom designed and built by a 40 year veteran of van converting. The penthouse top was professionally installed by Sportsmobile of Fresno, Ca., All other camping components were of the highest grade possible with meticulous and professional installation. The design is amazing with plenty of room to sleep 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. It has all the camping goodies: 2 burner stove w/ cover, sink, w/designer faucet, furnace, microwave, a 2-way 1.7 cu. ft. refrig, lower bed is 52x73 and upper bed is 42x73. There is lighting under the cabinets, over the sink area, rear reading lights, penthouse light for and aft and an outside porch light. Storage is everywhere, from (2)door storage that has fold down table tops a very large wardrobe, a very large shelved clothes closet, as well as storage under the bed. The 1600 watt power inverter powers the microwave and the 110 power outlets at anytime you need 110 power. The power source are 2 large 6 volt batteries for optimum source of power (3 to 4 days depending)and a 30 amp outside shore power outlet w/ an automatic battery charger. It has pull down shades at all windows , a front wrap around windshield curtain and roll down upper penthouse curtains. The front passenger seat swivels with a small detachable table, that sets at the end of the galley. For easy entry, there is a pull out step and pull handle. There is still 18 months or 29,000 miles left on the bumper to bumper warranty and 42 months or 53,000 miles left on the drive train factory warranty. The 4.6 cu. in. v8 engine is great on gas mileage, approx. 18 mpg depending. It also has 4 speed auto trans, electric windows, door lock, side mirrors, tilt, cruise, and a am/fm with aux port. Needless to say this unit runs and looks new. I am asking a very fair price. Nada book value for a Sportsmobile of like value (but add a inverter) starts at 55k to 70k.
