Absolutely like new. Used only by two elderly adults since purchased (new, in 2008). Used no more than twice a year (still on first propane tank fillings). Enclosed storage since new, about 2 miles from Devil's Fork State Park, SC, the only place it was used (except for two 150 mile trips). Everything functions as new. There are two minor cosmetic things that detract from its looks: The spare wheel cover is discolored from age/sunlight; the hard plastic weather- cover over the 2 propane tanks is cracked rather severely. Sleeps 4 (one queen, 2 singles). Bathroom and shower. TV upgraded to 17 inch HD flatscreen. Trailer is a lightweight model with much aluminum in chassis structure. Aluminum wheels.
