It has been well cared for and everything is in working order. The batteries are 6 months old and the tires are less than one year old. NO CHILDREN, NO PET'S, NO SMOKING ever and NO Odors in this Coach. It is hard to find a 6 year old 5th wheel in this good of condition. The interior of this Coach shows very little wear and it has only been used by 2 senior citizens that took great care of it.
