2009 Crossroads Cruiser 5th Wheel Bunk House M-30 QB Fantastic for families. Very clean and well taken care of. Never been smoked in or abused. Queen bed (pop out) in front with a full closet. Great sized shower and separate closed door toilet room. Listed at 30 feet but it tapes out at 34. Two slide outs make this HUGE inside. Table area turns into a bed as well as the couch has a fold out. . .. It sleeps 10 people (really)!!!! Two bunk beds in the back. . . meaning two separate bunk beds allowing for 4 people to sleep in them! These are adult sized bunks. . . not kid sized. The back bunk room can be closed (door) for privacy. Wired for a TV in the bunk room too. Under bed storage in front and rear. Real wood cabinets... tongue and groove, not particle board. Outside hot and cold shower. . . perfect for rinsing off sand at the beach. Flat screen TV and DVD/CD player. Surround sound speakers (VERY loud) if you are into that. AC is ice cold, Heater is toasty. Fridge and Freezer work perfect. Stove and oven. Two sided sink in kitchen. Hot water heater runs on either gas or electricity based on your hook up ability (This is a great option!) This 5th wheel has so much (lockable) storage it blows away all the other trailers I've been in. I can pack so much more than all my friends. Tires are only about a year old (no dry rot and tread is perfect). Aluminum wheels. No roof leaks. All aluminum framed. . . not wood! This trailer will last forever. Power leveling jacks. No cranking. . . "Steady fast" trailer stabilizing system front and back. . . this eliminates movement and squeaking (I will never go without this again!) Power fans in roof of bedroom and bathroom. Tons of headroom inside. The outside is fantastic. No dents, dings, flaws. . . All decals are good, except one stripe that has cracking. You can get a replacement for under $100. I just haven't done it yet. I also have a full cover for it. Trailer brakes work fantastic. Tows easy. I hold the title on it and don't need to sell it. Just considering getting a diesel pusher. It is insured with AAA and they have the replacement value at $20,500. NADA values (go ahead and look it up) are "low retail $19,535 and average retail $23,520." New it cost $39,797. Long time owner selling a very nice 2011 model 30 foot Crossroads 5th wheel trailer with 3 slide-outs and this 5th wheel is in READY to TRAVEL Condition. It has been well cared for and everything is in working order. The batteries are 6 months old and the tires are less than one year old. NO CHILDREN, NO PET'S, NO SMOKING ever and NO Odors in this Coach. This 5th wheel trailer had a original retail price of just over $40,000.00 and today it can be purchased for LESS than HALF! ........ As good as it gets for a quality RV that has been well cared for. It is hard to find a 6 year old 5th wheel in this good of condition. The interior of this Coach shows very little wear and it has only been used by 2 senior citizens that took great care of it. A large living room with comfy chairs and a sofa that converts into a full sized bed for guests and a electric fireplace that looks great and puts off quite a bit of heat plus a flat screen TV. The ceiling fan does a good job of circulating the air . Please check out the 100 photo slide show that we have included to see how nice this rig truly is. The galley has everything you need including refrigerator/freezer, cook-top with conventional oven and up above you have a microwave oven plus a large 2 section sink. As you move up the stairs on your left behind a privacy door you have a full bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and mirrored vanity and this area is more spacious than you would expect from a unit this size. As you continue up the stairs you have the master stateroom with a queen sized bed, free standing dresser as well as a large wardrobe closet with mirrored doors and another flat screen TV. A very comfortable unit that is well thought out and has a floor plan that flows and makes the unit easy to use. The owner's have no plans to use it this coming year so we need to find a new home for it. It is a quality unit that has everything you need to be comfortable and then some. The Satellite RV dome works well as does the large roof-top AC unit. For sale: Our 2005 Crossroads Cruiser CT30BH Travel Trailer. We are the original owners, custom ordered this unit in late 2004. Very family friendly layout, less than 5k miles it. The trailer has been in California its entire life and is rust free. It has the following upgrades: Enhancement Package; Cranberry Decor; Sleeps 8; hide-a-bed sofa; Dual 5,200 lb axles; 15" aluminum wheels; 10 Gal water heater; 8 cu ft refrigerator with real wood panel doors that match rest of cabinets; 15k btu AC; Two Fantastic fans; E-Z Flex Equalizers; larger porcelain toilet upgrade; Upgraded insulation; Outside shower; Generator rack; power tongue jack; Master bedroom has day/night shades; New 18' dometic main awning (replaced 2 years ago); The slide awning has a small tear at the front edge - It still works fine but perhaps could be removed or replaced in a couple years. NADA is close to $15k, Asking $11,800. We have all paperwork including original build sheets, receipts, and all maintenance logs. Trailer is registered in CA and paid through May 2017. Can possibly deliver to western US for a reasonable cost when sold or eastern US in March 2017.
