Overall, the condition of this COLEMAN is typical for a 9-year-old travel trailer. The CHAMPION DUAL-FUEL 4000W generator is included and is said to have approximately 5 hours use. The tires appear decent but are nearing the end of their serviceable life. We suggest having the tires inspected by a professional before any highway use. Appliances all work well. The awning does exhibit sun damage and partial tears. They appear functional, but one might consider getting a new one.
