This coach was stored under covered storage at a facility that allows you to plug it in. The finish shows almost no fading or discoloration. There is no fogging in the windows. The tires are dry-rot free. Everything works as it should, according to the owner. The generator, both AC units, and the engine were all running while photos were being taken. There were no signs of mechanical issues. The interior is in above-average condition. The only issue is that the front seats are peeling badly. Engine oil and filter were changed in the Spring of 2024. The generator was serviced, and the patio awning and the slide-out motor were replaced in 2022. The interior floor was installed on top of the existing floor, and the walls and cabinets were painted to brighten up the interior. The Azdel panels on the exterior were intact and showed some fading. Metal parts on the exterior were showing some oxidation, see photos. Upholstery is cracking which was typical of the model and year of this unit, see photos. The drop-down bed is not lowering and needs to be serviced. Tire date codes found were 2016. This Coachmen Pursuit 27KB is has been lightly used and has low miles. The external and internal surfaces look bright and intact. The RV's mechanical features are in working order, and the tires have lots of tread remaining. Upon inspection of this unit, the upholstery on the driver's and passenger's seat is flaking. Although this motorhome traveled with a pet, there were no obvious signs or smells from their furbaby.
