Coachmen Clipper pop up camper. Sleeps 7 with comfort. I bought this new. It has been used a handful of times for one night stays, and always stored under a carport. Always put up clean and dry. Still smells new and has very little wear. Everything works and is as it was new. None of the tent portions have stains or wear.It has AC that works very well, 3 way fridge, 30 gallon water tank I think ( one of the pictures is the build sheet ) , Furnace, and water heater. Shower and toilet were never used. It does have a full awning that has supports back to the camper so no poles need to touch the ground. My sons are grown now and grandkids live a long way off, so I have no future plans to use this again. This is as close to a new pop-up as you can buy without paying the new price. I have priced it below the book value. I am open to offers but I will not sell this at a give away price, it's just too nice for that. If you want a clean, like new camper, you will not be disapointed.

This is an AMAZING 2006 Coachmen Clipper 1270ST. It is no ordinary pop-up camper. This baby is loaded with all sorts of amenities Here are the details: - sleeps 8 people - both pull-out bunks are KINGSIZE beds - three-burner stove - sink - refrigerator - air-conditioner - toilet - shower - water heater - furnace - electric brakes - removable awning - large storage area in front It is in amazing condition. All the vinyl, screens, curtains, cushions and mattresses are in good shape and it has never leaked (cushions and mattresses were removed and stored indoors during the winter). Everything works as it should because it has been well-maintained. It has been fitted with a water heater bypass to ease winterizing. It is one of the roomiest pop-ups out there. Fully popped with bunks extended it is nearly 24 feet long! It will also include a cover to keep it looking new during the cold months. I have the title in hand whenever you want to make this yours. I am selling because I need the cash to apply towards purchasing some vacant land to build a house on. My family will miss it, but it is one of those sacrifices we need to make. Thanks for looking!
