This pop up includes two queen sized insulated tent beds at each end. The booth dinette which can also be made into a bed for sleeping. I bought this camper in January 2016 and camped 3 times and decided it wasn't for me.I want to sell it to someone who will take care of it and enjoys camping up off the ground. Used only twice; we have to sell it for health reasons. This is a great pop up trailer with a storage unit up front; this has it all: fridge, heater, 2 queen size beds with heated mattresses. 2013 Coachmen Clipper pop-up is perfect for a quick camping getaway and is a pop up with all the bells and whistles. This pop-up is lightweight, easy to tow for many vehicles and equipped with electric brakes. QUEEN sizes bed pulls out on BOTH ends and have electric heated mattresses, fan/light combo plug in to hang over the beds and everything assembles quickly and easily. The sofa also extends out to be a bed as does the dinette fold down for a smaller bed as well. This pop up has a built in awning, outdoor side/prep table, and a enclosed storage area out front. Axels and electric brakes were recently serviced. AC & Heat (propane furnace w/ thermostat) works great, powerful water heater, equipped with electric Fantastic Fan, 3 way refrigerator working great and a very convenient outdoor shower head. Will also include a clean, almost new cassette toilet if desired. Currently garage kept. Asking price is firm and set for a quick sale as we are relocating cross country. As a widow who sold my retirement home, I wanted an option for adventures with my grandchildren. This pop-up was used 3 months and traded in at the Camper Center in Columbus before I bought it in November 2015. The original price was listed at $13,000. I discovered quickly that I was over my head in making this purchase. Though I can manage to put up and take it down, I am intimidated. I loaned it to friends for one weekend, but I have not yet taken it camping other than parking it at my home and having grandkids spend the night.
