Coachmen Clipper pop up camper. Sleeps 7 with comfort. I bought this new. It has been used a handful of times for one night stays, and always stored under a carport. Always put up clean and dry. Still smells new and has very little wear. Everything works and is as it was new. None of the tent portions have stains or wear.It has AC that works very well, 3 way fridge, 30 gallon water tank I think ( one of the pictures is the build sheet ) , Furnace, and water heater. Shower and toilet were never used. It does have a full awning that has supports back to the camper so no poles need to touch the ground. My sons are grown now and grandkids live a long way off, so I have no future plans to use this again. This is as close to a new pop-up as you can buy without paying the new price. I have priced it below the book value. I am open to offers but I will not sell this at a give away price, it's just too nice for that. If you want a clean, like new camper, you will not be disapointed.
