HERE IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO GET INTO A CLASS A MOTORHOMEWITH VERY LITTLE MONEY. 1995 Coachman CatalinaModel 29QB Here is my motorhome that I have had for several years. Mileage is less than 35,000 miles. I bought it at 29,000 miles from an elderly couple. I put about 5K miles on it. It has the upgraded 19.5 tires with chrome simulated rims. Tires are Michelan XRVs which are the best tires money can buy for this unit. ($3800 upgrade). It has a 454 with a throttle body. I put on a vacuum operated pressure regulator that increases the pressure when the vacumm goes down which gives more power. It has an overdrive transmission to save on fuel. The Generator is a Onan 4kW that only has 691 hours that runs the AC and all electrical devices without problem. It starts evrytime with ease from inside the unit. The AC blows cold and is a ducted system to cool the entire unit. It has a seperate shower and bathroom. The kitchen is in the common area and has a 3 burner stove, oven, and a refrigerator. It has a 6 gallon water heater. The refrigerator also runs on propane to keep items cold while your driving. There is a queen size bed in the rear and two fold out beds in the front. I recently bought a killer stereo that has AM/FM CD and a USB so the music does not skip while your driving. The interior is very clean and in ner new condition I had a 2"x2" frame welded up to the chassis to add strength support a tag trailer.The tongue weight on my trailer is about 1000 lbs and the strengthened frame handled it with ease. MH has a trailer brake. The awning is 25 feet so you can work on your car in the shad or create an outside room. For the price you wont be disappointed. I would drive this MH across the country with no worries. With 1 kid in college and 1 next year I need to get rid of my luxuries. Heres the downside the drivers side has delamination. It does not affect the vehicle performance. The roof has had leaks and may need to be resealed. My asking price is 1500 below blue book value because of these issues. So basically you are getting a Class A Motorhome at 1500 below face value with very low miles with a like new interior that is very reliable.
