The Mirada Select is stored inside when not in use. With less than 4300 miles, the Mirada looks new inside and out. The Onan Generator only has 20 hours and started without hesitation. The tires look good and have a date code of 4014. Manufactured 40th week of 2014. At the time of my visit, I could not turn on the Fireplace. It was likely an operator error.
