This is a very well kept and maintained travel trailer. Is VERY clean, never been smoked in, no kids - gently used. I am the original owner and have had little to nothing go wrong with it. Never has had and does not have any leaks! Has always been stored in the shade with a Tyvek cover. Can be towed with 1/2 ton truck (weight distribution hitch and sway bar included). Base Weight: 5,192 lbs Max Weight: 6430 lbs. Roof is in great shape. The trailer has the Premier Package as defined in flyer (see image) including the optional spare tire kit, outside shower, LP bottle cover, ladder and tinted safety glass. Highlights: Ducted air, Dual 20lb LP bottles, Electric Dinette slide out, Aluminum frame, Pull out storage tray, Dual Batteries. Will include in addition: New batteries (when sold) Smart Tote portable waste water tote (15 gallons I believe) Reese weight distribution hitch (part # 54970) and sway bar Elements Tyvek cover (new and really nice). Selling this because I bought a truck camper and just don't use this any more. Clean title. No trades. Don’t want help selling.
