The CONCORD appears to be in better-than-expected condition. The interior is clean and fresh, and the exterior appears in good condition. Typical decal checking is seen but is moderate. The left rear fiberglass cowling is cracked slightly and has been sealed. There was a brief time when there was minor water intrusion at the front cap of the RV, but the seller promptly applied roof sealing tape to the roof seams and put an abrupt end to it. There is moderate evidence of old water intrusion inside a storage cabinet, but no damage. The seller installed new tires in July of 2023, and they have about 300 miles of use. The front suspension was rebuilt in 2023, which really improved the handling of this RV. In August of 2023, the roof-mounted A/C was replaced with a new one. The ONAN generator was rebuilt in August of 2022. Other recent maintenance includes a front-end alignment, new front bearings and ball joints, and a new throttle-body injection installed. The only item known not to work is the automatic electric entry step. It is believed that the actuator switch is faulty. However, the seller has a magnet that he uses to activate the steps; therefore, they do work, just not by opening the entry door. Power awnings and awnings over the slide-outs work fine and are functional. The main awning is newly installed! Two new batteries have been added in past weeks. This CONCORD is a must-see! There are two closets with lights, multiple drawers for storage, and a flat-screen TV. The bedroom slide gives the room a great feel. The bathroom is large and has a hardwood sliding privacy door. It has a big shower, a nice vanity, and plenty of storage. The DOMETIC refrigerator/freezer (Model RM2652) is kept clean and operates on either electricity or propane. The kitchen galley is equipped with an APOLLO large burner stove top, and also an APOLLO Microwave. The home theatre system includes a SAMSUNG flat-screen TV and an LG DVD player. The slideout in the living area houses the large convertible sofa. Its upholstery is in great condition. The VOYAGER backup camera works great and includes a dash-mounted video monitor. This is a very well kept and maintained travel trailer. Is VERY clean, never been smoked in, no kids - gently used. I am the original owner and have had little to nothing go wrong with it. Never has had and does not have any leaks! Has always been stored in the shade with a Tyvek cover. Can be towed with 1/2 ton truck (weight distribution hitch and sway bar included). Base Weight: 5,192 lbs Max Weight: 6430 lbs. Roof is in great shape. The trailer has the Premier Package as defined in flyer (see image) including the optional spare tire kit, outside shower, LP bottle cover, ladder and tinted safety glass.
