Per the seller, everything on this RV works as it should, and the RV is road-ready. Books, records, and two sets of keys will come with this RV. In April 2022, the Onan generator had a new carburetor kit installed. Coach started up and ran during the photo shoot as well as the generator. Stock #397821 Serviced, clean and ready to use. Rare find at this price! Very nice Coach House for the money. This is the perfect traveling RV for a single person or a couple. It has service records, updated flooring, and a solar package as well. The unit has been well cared for and is ready for the next adventure. The RV has several updates from its original build. It comes with a backup camera, a fridge in 2022, a new floor in March 2024, and a solar house battery recharging kit. The seller removed the original couch and placed a bed in the slide-out area.
