1994 Coach House 192RL 19-foot Class B RV with Dodge 350 V8, 5.9L Gasoline engine. 103K miles, runs great. 16 MPG. Exterior and Interior is light & bright and is in beautiful shape. It has never been used by smokers either. It will be hard to find any RV in this price range with a nicer interior (or exterior for that matter). The features include: Power windows, Door Locks and Mirrors. Lighting throughout Coach. Cruise Control with Tilt Wheel. Stereo Cassette with speakers throughout. Three-way Exhaust Fan in roof. Screens and curtains for all windows. Thermostat Control Heater. AIR CONDITIONER on roof and in front-Cold and Heater is good. 2 Burner Propane Stove. Electric Hood with Fan & Light with outside venting. Refrigerator that runs on electric and propane, Stainless Steel Sink, Microwave. Ample Storage for all your cooking supplies and clothing. Shower, Toilet and Sink combination with door for privacy, built-in vacuum cleaner. Sit inside and dine with a Bistro Style Table. Cable ready hook ups. Carbon Monoxide built in, plus a smoke detector. Awning is in great shape. Also has a rack on the rear ladder for carrying folding chairs. We have driven this RV from Boston on a number of 4-6 hour journeys and have never had any problem whatsoever with the vehicle. It gets an average of 16 MPG, which is about the best you can possibly hope for in a RV. Easy to drive, and just small enough to park in a normal parking space. The previous (first) owner claimed they never used this RV for camping, only driving back and forth between Florida and Connecticut. Judging by the condition of the camper this is likely true, since nearly everything was in excellent condition and seemed generally unused. Since we purchased it, we replaced the vinyl flooring and replaced the foam in most of the cushions for the couch/bed. We used it for one year (4 trips). Tires have at least another year on them. Also included is a new spare tire which has never been used (bought 7/15), and we can include a hitch-mounted bicycle rack and hitch extension, as well as necessary accessories such as water hose, sewage hose, fire extinguisher, etc. We also have the pole for opening and closing the awning. My father is a retired RV mechanic and long-time RVer so I can assure any buyer that the vehicle has been well-maintained and inspected, properly winterized and sealed. The only known issues are as follows: there is minor damage to the driver’s side running board from minor collision by former owner (see photos). This can be replaced, and there is minimal damage to the body itself. There is also a crack in the fiberglass above the driver’s side of the cab- it is sealed and there are no leaks. Everything in perfect working order except for the hot water heater, which might need fixing- sometimes it doesn’t start and we haven’t sorted out the issue. The stereo sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t, but there are nice speakers throughout the camper if you would like to replace it. The windows are noisy at high speeds and the new owner may want to replace the window seals. As you can see, I am making every effort to disclose any known issues to demonstrate that this RV truly is in excellent shape to use immediately and enjoy for a long time. Overall, this is one of the most economical and efficient small campers you’ll be able to find. We’re perfectly happy with it and are only selling because we are moving out of the country. Happy trails!
