The seller states that the unit is in good working condition and that all the major systems work as expected.
There are a few known issues - the gasket around the driver's side window needs to be replaced, the USB charging outlet (to the left when facing the bed) is not working, the door bracket for the sliding privacy doors for the bathroom and master bedroom need to be re-attached - they do not slide at the current time. There is a scratch/dent on the left rear side of the RV.

The floor plan for this listing features one full-side slideout that extends from just behind the driver's chair to the rear of the unit on the driver's side. This Full-side Slideout creates an open and roomy feel inside that still has plenty of room to navigate from front to back when underway on the road.
The unit features the over-the-cab drop-down bed, a large dinette that quickly converts to a bed, a sofa that quickly converts into a bed, and two bunk beds, each with its own TV with hookups for its favorite game system or DVD player.
The master bedroom has a very nice king-sized bed with storage below and cabinet space overhead. The wardrobe closet at the foot of the bed also has drawers below, a TV cabinet with storage space behind it, and a vanity counter with drawers below.
The galley has a refrigerator/freezer to your left as you enter the RV, a microwave and 3-burner stove top with cooktop cover, and a gas oven below. The angled countertop has a large farm-style kitchen sink and cabinet space above and below. There is also cabinet space over the dinette and sofa as well.
The large flat-screen TV over the dinette is the primary entertainment center - there is a TV in the master bedroom and two TVs for each bunk.
The cab has all the normal features you would expect - cruise control, tilt steering wheel, integrated stereo, nav system, backup camera monitor, and turn signal camera monitor with Bluetooth connectivity. The RV has a 5500-watt Cummins Onan Generator with low hours on it, auto-leveling, and much more. There are dual 13,500 BTU roof-mounted AC units and a separate furnace for central heat.
Outside, the patio awning opens to extend the fun outside at the campground and is great for tailgate parties - the exterior 32-in TV makes this a fun place for the big game or to catch a movie under the stars at the campsite.
There are large exterior storage compartments, and all of the RV systems are clearly marked and easily accessible - including the 50 Amp Power, the water systems, the exterior shower, the sewer, and the water heater. This RV is prepped for solar, including a solar converter for charging.
