2011 Four Winds Travel Trailer - Model - M 272 BHS - located in Flora, MS (just outside of Jackson). Approximately 6,822 pounds (empty), smooth sides, master bedroom in the front, bunk beds in the rear. Couch folds out with an electric air mattress, dining table can also be converted to a sleeping area. New spare tire mounted on the rear of the camper (never used), nitrogen in camper tires. Used approximately 7 times for local camping weekends with children, very low miles, was never out of Alabama or Georgia until we relocated it to MS in December. No Pets, No Smoking, our daughters are grown and we are upgrading to a Class A. It's in "like new" condition, I plan to have it washed and detailed this week. It is stored at our home in Mississippi. I have all the accessories (towing, stabilizers, sewer pipes, even a generator if you want it). It has one electric slide the length of the living area (see pic) and an electric awning on opposite side over the entrance door and outside area. Very nice sound system and appliances that are like new as well. Flat screen LCD TV with DVD system that spins from living area to the master bedroom. 1 owner, we purchased new in Georgia, just really never got a chance to enjoy it due to travel with our careers. I can provide more information over the phone or send more pictures or information if needed. I also plan to replace the battery and fill the propane tanks this week. I am ready to move it. You could pick it up at our home and take your family camping from here. The length is 28 to 30', I will confirm for you. Very nice camper if you are looking for a great deal on a pull behind camper.
