The condition of this unit is great. There is little to no wear and tear or sun damage outside it. The original tires came with the unit, though, so they might need replacing soon. All of the outlets and compartments work and open just fine as well. The roof shows no leaks but it could be resealed again. The inside of the unit is the same, if not better.
